Refund policy

Halumin™ H18 Lighting Devices and Accessories
This policy covers the Halumin™ H18, the H18 Studio Set, Freestyle Set, Master Set and Studio Set PLUS+, the Studio Lighting Adapter and the Accessory Legs.

Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To start a return, reply to your original order confirmation email, or message us through the chat window in the bottom corner of haluminphoto.com, with your order number. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Condition
Items must be unused, undamaged and complete (all included lighting devices, carrying case, mounting legs, blackout strips and accessories), in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns. It is waived if your item arrives defective or damaged, or if we sent the wrong item.

Return Shipping
You pay return shipping on non-defective returns; we recommend a tracked, insured service. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will send you a prepaid return label.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, reply to your original order confirmation email, or message us through the chat window in the bottom corner of haluminphoto.com, with your order number, within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We will repair, replace or refund it.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of receipt. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are refunded only if the item was defective or incorrect.

Halumin™-C
The Halumin™-C I Need It Now Edition is non-refundable; it includes email support. The return policy for the Halumin™-C production unit will be announced before production units ship.

Halumin Apparel, Mugs and Stickers
Halumin apparel, mugs and stickers are printed to order and are non-refundable.

International Orders
Returns and refunds are not available on international orders (orders shipped outside the United States).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items and custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. Items purchased through eBay follow eBay's return process. Third-party components in the Studio Set PLUS+ (bi-color LEDs and stands) must be returned with the complete set.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
